This is the finish....affect of her room....with her furniture and princess accessories.

faux painted the door to look like an
old castle door, with a looking glass
 mirror on the door
Masking the walls with 1/4 inch tape for the grout lines....
that took sometime....=0)

Checking to see how the lines will look when I unmask it.  The finish faux painted walls....done with three color grays and
a light mauve wash over the gray...to give the castle a more girlish look.

The way the room is painted.....The three walls are painted like a faux castle stone....
The fourth wall is painted with a balcony over looking a mural of an enchanted kingdom.
The ceiling was painted with clouds and glow in the dark stars, blending the clouds into the mural.

The affect I was trying to achieve was a castle room fit for a princess....when you step into
her room it is like stepping back into the medieval times, and you never want to leave.
